Man, I'm a sore puppy.
Hit the gym on Saturday, after dealing with yet another sinus/ear infection for the past month. I did a light work out, only chest and tris after spending a half hour on an elliptical. Nothing big, you know, honestly I was half-stepping, lifted half of what I normally would. After not going to the gym for a month, I now feel like I first felt when I jumped back on the exercise tip, meaning my chest and tris are flat-out screaming at me right now.
Which sucks. But I'm gonna "use" it man.
